• Check-in time is after 14:30 pm and check-out at 11:30 pm
  • The apartment rented is to be used only by the person who has rented it and the amount of people booked for.
  • Hotel guests are obliged to accept their visitors at the main chalet of the hotel.
  • Irrespective of the time of arrival, the day is charged as a whole.
  • The day of departure is not charged unless the hotel guest does not leave the room by 12:00 pm. Accommodation past that time and until the 18th hour, the guest is obliged to pay half the daily charge.
  • The hotel guests should behave with courtesy to the hotel staff and any complaints against them should be referred to the hotel management who is obliged to satisfy when feasible and legitimate. If the guest is constantly noisy and disturbs the other guests and generally behaves improperly towards them and the hotel staff, they will be considered unwelcome and the hotel management has the right to ask the guest to leave the hotel.
  • No animals are allowed on the hotel grounds.
  • Wood for the fire place is supplied once a day.
  • The café bar is opened from 9:00 am until 11:30 pm.
  • The hotel kitchen closes at 10:30 pm.
  • The hotel does not provide room service.
  • At the hotel’s main chalet gambling and table games are not allowed.
  • The shifting of furniture in the apartment as well as the café bar is not allowed.
  • The basket with wood for the fireplace is to be left outside the apartment.
  • Breakfast is served from 8:00 until 11:00 am. If guest requires it and after agreement it can be served earlier. Breakfast can also be taken to the room in special packaging if the guest requests it.
  • Reception stays open from 8:00 am until 11:30 pm and a 24- hour phone service.
  • The hotel provides service for quick departure and transfer of luggage.
